No, masturbation will not affect your ability to get pregnant.

For women: Masturbation does not cause nor prevent ovulation. The menstrual cycle will not be altered by masturbation therefore fertility will not be affected.

For men: Despite masturbating before sex (no matter how many times) there are still plenty of sperm left. This means pregnancy is still very possible.

Many times men/boys will tell their partners that they cannot get pregnant IF…(he masturbates beforehand, he pulls out in time, etc). These are all lies. (Or if he truly doesn’t know better call them myths.) Unprotected sex may give you a child now or possibly lead to a sexually transmitted illness interfering with having children in the future.
